Cunningham Property Consultants Limited is an established firm of Chartered Building Surveys, offering a wide range of property and consultancy services to the construction industry.
The founder of the company Brendan Cunningham, has been a Chartered Building Surveyor for fifteen years, is an Access Consultant and CDM Co-ordinator. He solely ran the Manchester Office of a medium-sized Surveying firm for over five years, managing a professional and administration staff of eight people. Whist working for this company, he gained a breadth and depth of experience working for several Northwest based NHS Trusts and bodies.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
