Service Description


Design and Contract Administration:

This includes defining the clients brief and needs, preparation of measured surveys, drawings CAD and feasibility layout, preparation of specification and drawings for tender, tender analysis and advising the client on the contractor selection. This is then progressed to full on-site contract administration through to completion of the project and end of defects period.



CDM Co-ordination:

Working as part of the design team to assist and advice the client on the impact of the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2007. To ensure that suitable arrangements are made and implemented for the co-ordination of health and safety measures during planning and preparation for the construction phase. Using our experience to improve maintenance of buildings and remove or reduce any risks as the scheme progresses.



Access Consultancy:

Preparation of access audit reports, reviewing building use in relation to occupation and visitors in relation to the Disability Discrimination Act. Undertaking audit review with management and staff to prepare an Action Plan. With our extensive knowledge of implementation of access improvement works we can assist the client to introduce cost effective solutions.
